Custom Orders

For custom orders, finalized production drawings showing the final dimensions and specifications are to be signed (or otherwise confirmed in writing) by the customer as approved and correct.

Stain and/or finish choices are listed on all orders and will also have to be initialed by the customer as being correct.

A non-refundable 25% deposit is required for all custom orders.

Custom orders must be paid in full within 30 days of completion, or any discounts will be withdrawn. Full payment is required for all residential orders prior to pickup or delivery.

There are no refunds or returns on custom orders.
